BD Super B Single SX S358 Turbo with FMW Billet Wheel Dodge 94-02 5.9

The BD Super B line of turbos are based on the popular S300 platform. That is about where the similarities end, however. The rotating assemblies are custom built to BD’s specifications. The thrust pad is upgraded from the “box turbo” three pad to special low inertia, full floating six pad bearings. The compressor housing is also BD specific and allows for perfect fitment in the vehicle.

The turbine housing is a dual volute T3 style which utilizes low RPM exhaust pulses for quick spooling without an annoying surge. BD’s HD waste gate and bracket holds boost and prevents over speed damage to the turbo. The waste gate is also equipped with the Turnbuckle Boost Control for ease of adjustment at altitude and extreme tuning. The overall package has an efficient positive boost-to-drive pressure ratio, which also yields high power with low EGT, and less smoke.

NOTE: Turbo mount exhaust brake cannot be installed with this kit, use remote mount exhaust brake if desired.
