BD Intercooler Hose, and Clamp kit 03 – 07 6.0 L Powerstroke

* Order this kit if your intercooler to intake CAC tube is a metal pipe, if its plastic order this kit.

The BD Performance charge air cooler hose and clamp kit is a must have for your performance diesel engine. Each Hose is designed to meet 3x their working pressure, so they will hold up to twin turbos and hot tuning. The hoses use 4 or 5 plies of DuPont Nomex / Aramid fiber (no inferior Polyester is used). The higher pressure applications have a Red Iron Oxide internal color. Silicone based materials resist oily residue.

Heavy duty spring loaded 300 Series Stainless Steel band clamps are used in all kits. The spring helps clamp force remain consistent through heat cycles.
