Performance Injector 94-03 7.3 L Powerstroke, 160 cc, 100% nozzle

These injectors are custom built to order and may take up to two weeks to ship.

Brand new AC 160 cc injector with a 100% over nozzle installed and tested. Performance gains start at 140 hp and up,  depending on tuning. Injectors come ready to install with o-rings and chamber gasket.

Eight injectors are required for a set. The price is per injector.

• 100% Nozzles are mainly recommended for higher RPM (over 3200) racing conditions. If the vehicle is not taken over this RPM very often we recommend the 40% over Stage 2 injector.
• 1994, 1995, 1996 1997; Injectors will add 140 HP and with custom tuning for added RPM and to take advantage of additional stroke will add even more HP.
• 1999, 199.5, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003; Injectors will add 140 + HP depending on tuning. Injectors will support about 150 RWHP over a stock injector. You must use single shot tuning when replacing AB or AD code injectors.
