The FASS Titanium Signature Series fuel pump was engineered to be the top-performing, the longest-lasting, and the most reliable aftermarket fuel supply system. The pump is rated at 100 gallons per hour and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. This Titanium Signature Series lift pump is capable of supporting your Dodge Cummins 5.9 L and 6.7 L diesel engines with enough fuel for multiple fueling upgrades.
A Titanium Signature Series lift pump also offers advanced filtration benefits that will help protect your injection systems. This helps extend the life of both your Bosch CP3 pump and Bosch injectors. These benefits include a filter rating of 3 microns, a built-in water separator, as well as air/vapor removal. Aftermarket lift pumps are important for daily drivers as well as high-performance applications. Especially when looking to improve fuel economy and/or increase horsepower/torque.
This kit includes a FASS STK-1002 (bulkhead and suction tube kit). Machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum, the bulkhead fitting functions as both a suction tube and return. It features a 5/8″ suction tube along with a ½” fuel return port. This new and improved version suction tube kit allows the user to plumb their FASS return line directly to their bulkhead fitting. When properly installed, you can safely operate down to about 1/8 tank of fuel.
This pump will support engines up to 600 horsepower.
