The BD Full Bore Exhaust Manifold for the Chevy Duramax engine replaces the factory driver’s side “pinched down” unit, restoring exhaust flow and balances the V8 engine for smother running. Made from high-silicon ductile iron, the Full Bore is a direct, bolt-in replacement for the factory manifold and is even drilled and tapped to accept the most popular EGT probes.

Full Bore manifolds are great for stock and performance installations. The lower back pressure from the high flow design helps the turbo spool quicker and increases power. Lower EGT and better fuel economy are also benefits of the manifold design.

The Full Bore manifold kit includes stainless steel hardware as needed.
