The vast majority of unmodified Class 8 semi trucks will operate perfectly with the 150gph HD150G model. Modified vehicles may require the higher flow rates of our HD 220G or our HD 260G models. Other specific fuel rates are also available, We stock the HD220G model since it covers such a wide range of applications

* NOTE Class 8 semi trucks with stock Caterpillar C16 or stock Cummins ISX Signature 600 engines will require the 220gph flow rate of our HD 220G model.
* NOTE Class 8 semi trucks with Unit Injected Mechanical (UIM) fuel systems require an additional oil pressure switch (part number 78143) which is included in the HDUIM220G Kit for proper operation.
* NOTE Class 8 FASS systems all require fuel line kits for installation.

Adjustable Fuel Supply Pump Kit

The most versatile High Performance Fuel supply Pump (pump with out filters) on the market. The FA series allow the customer to adjust the fuel pressure. The Boost Compensation Port also gives the pump more consistent fuel pressure based on boost from the turbo keeping fuel pressure in line with the needs of the engine. Flow rates from 90 – 260gph and fuel pressure from 0 – 100psi.

The Titanium Series uses the same blueprint as our HD Series just in a smaller package. It is designed for the pickup while utilizing all the best features of the HD series. Built into a smaller compact version, the Titanium Series offers flow rates up to 220gph. This size difference allows you to tuck the pump closer to the frame for better clearance and less visibility without sacrificing any of the features known to FASS systems. The same motor used on the HD Series (class 8 applications) is also used on our Titanium Series, proving once again that quality is #1 at FASS.

Customers wanting the FASS quality for stock applications and cost can now get the Dodge Direct Replacement Pump. Intended as a direct bolt-on fuel pump, our DDRP gives the customer 2.5 times the flow rate as the stock Carter Pump.

The Dura-Max Flow Enhancer is modeled around our very successful DDRP series and is now available for the GM Duramax. GM Duramax trucks do not have a stock lift pump which forces the injection pump to "pull" the fuel all the way from the tank, creating a vacuum and constantly introduces more air and vapor into your fuel. The Dura-Max Flow Enhancer creates a postive flow of fuel, "pushing" it to your injection pump, eliminating vacuum and drastically reducing air and vapor in your fuel.
